  • Keep sending volume modest and ramp up new mailboxes gradually.
  • Use honest subject lines and plain text or simple HTML emails.

Compliance

  • Every generated email includes the configured opt-out sentence.
  • Stop-style replies become suppressions during mailbox sync.
  • Tokens are encrypted at rest and never rendered in the UI.
